I was in the fields of the dead for about 30 minutes, and after I got ambushed I fled and rested, then returned and was unable to summon anything at all. Other spells worked but I was unable to summon even Bigby's Interposing Hand.
After each summon spell i got some messages; this was from Planar Binding: Moon Wolf with Improved Conjuration Focus (if that matters)
