Did anyone use Spectral Dagger?

First its damage bonus is 1d6 Negative Energy.
Undead are supposed to be immune ( even healed ) by this damage, but wiki says the game does not check this when this damage is coming from the weapon.
Second, the last word of weapon description says "No Damage". Which seems out of place and relays to nothing. But then i found some lore on the dagger ( unrelated to NWN2 ) that says that dagger blade does no damage since its not existing.
SO does this mean that dagger does not do 1d4 physical damage at all ?
Spectral Dagger. Anyone tested it ?

1. Negative Energy on a weapon will deal normal damage to undead (just like negative energy traps will). Only the spells Death Ward and Shadow Shield will block negative energy weapon damage.
2. The "No Damage" property means you do not roll the weapon's base damage dice (in this case, 1d4). All other damage properties still apply: Enhancement Bonus, Strength Bonus, Weapon Feats (Eg. Weapon Specialisation) will still increase your damage.

Thanks
Basically another not so great dagger. ( i made another post about this ... poor rogues
)
In any case.
In 3.5 DMG these daggers ( as I now understand the point ) are similar to radient daggers. But the point of radient daggers is that they ( since they are energy ) need only touch to hit the target, instead of full AC.
