The drow head you can choose as a female that stops the movement left and right.
If you select this one, on other PC's screens you show up as a fence post with a garbled mess of armor.
On my own screen, it shows nothing. If I remove armor I'm invisible.
It is the drow head with a bunch of earrings and such, but once again it stands out by the character not moving at all while you're selecting the head instead of the ambient movement the rest of the heads have.

I remember reporting this issue at post-update bug report thread 4 months ago lol. Looks like the problem is still here.
