Missing Upperdark Map Markers

Some missing map markers:

Upperdark: River Rift
- Gnome to take you back to Mist Lake
- North of Grottoes
- North West of Grottoes

Uppperdark: North West of Grottoes
- Gauth Grottoes
- River Rift

Upperdark: Gauth Grottoes
- North West of Grottoes
- North of Grottoes
- Rockrun

Uppperdark: North of Grottoes
- Gauth Grottoes
- River Rift

Upperdark: Rockrun:
- Gauth Grottoes CR 8
- Titan Fist Mines CR 10

... Been hours, feeling so lost... please add some markers...
