Question about multiclass penalties

I was wondering whether prestige classes on bgtscc are exempt from the multiclass XP penalty rule as stated in this article on the nwn2 wiki? http://nwn2.wikia.com/wiki/Multiclass_penalty

Yes they are. XP penalties only apply to base classes.
