Can't connect through mobile

Hello everyone!

I am having troubles with a landline and wanted to play through a portable hotspot set up on my mobile phone. However, I can't connect to the server whatever I do. I am able to play on this PC through WIFI+CaTV connection - only mobile connection doesn't work.

I tried every potential solution I could find in the forums: checking the mobile connection, resetting mobile router, direct connecting via "game.bgtscc.net" and "numbered" IP, unblocking ports, adding exceptions to the firewall. I also used the "AoS-BGCheck" and it showed that I am timed out in the 2nd step. Does anyone have any idea how to make it work? Any help would be much appreciated.

Just like to support the struggle with this issue.
Was trying to connect some time ago when travelling for work, through mobile hotspot.
Same drama, kept timing out.
