Armored Efficiency

Not sure if its working as intended or its not working but Armored Efficiency is not working while polymorphed like Evasion does.. (this is bear warrior of course).

I havent seen a bear in heavy armor yet.

So evasion still supreme got it.

Also, doesn't the armor merge with your skin? so technically its all armored?
