Hello, I am thinking of RCRing my lvl 30 Ranger to take into account of the new stuffs that were implemented since my ranger was created over 2 years ago.
I am looking into Silverstar and has a question regarding Moon's Hand. According to the wiki:
Moon's Hand
Type of Feat: Class
Prerequisites: Silverstar 3
Specifics: Any mace wielded by a level three silverstar is treated as if it were a +1 heavy shock mace (+1d8 electrical). It loses these abilities if it leaves the hand of the silverstar. At sixth level the weapon is treated as a +2 heavy shock mace (+1d8 electrical). These abilities do not replace or stack with already existing enchantments.
Does this mean that if I used a +4 mace with 1d6 divine damage, the electric damage 1d8 won't apply to the weapon? In other words, Moon's hand only work for non-magical maces??
Thanks.

No, the electric damage does stack.

Only thing it does not stack with, is other sources of electrical damage on your weapon.
