Qu'ellar Dev'lin Guildhall Status

To former (& current?) Dev'lin players:

What's the status of your guild hall after Qu'ellar Dev'lin was forced to merge with Qu'ellar Sshamath about a year and a bit ago? Is it abandoned? Could it be taken over?

Its occupied by sshamath dev'lin mix.

I think the Devlin that got that guild hall started put allot of work into it, and its a shame to have it sit there. I don't have any say what happens to it, but would like to see it used at least.
