trying to log in - but cant pick any of my chars

As the title of the thread reveals,

i can log onto the server, but when i click select character there are none of my four chars to choose from, they seem absent?

hope u Guys can help, is it a lag issue maybe?

Two possible issues here. First is lag. If the server is experiencing lag when you're at the character selection screen, you have to wait it out.

The other is that you've mispelled your Player Login. Check you've entered it correctly and try again.

Shoot me a PM with your character names in it, MaskedOne. I can check to see which account they're in. You may be misremembering the account, but if you can remember your characters, I can probably find them.
