Crafting ..what about Crafting...

hi there,
i wanted to know how Crafting work on this server,
- do the crafting book give real recipies
- they are spell say to be use in enchanting stuff do we need the feat or to cast them into certain area.
- xp cost/gold cost do it really work or it useless...
