Dexterity/Reflex still gang through fullplate

I'm still getting Reflex points from the +3 Dexterity Bracers despite wearing non-mithril fullplate. This needs to be checked into.

Hardcoded bug, probably. You still get full Dex to Reflex saves even if you're wearing (8/0) halfplate.

Maximum Dexterity Bonus = How much extra AC you can get from wearing particular armor.

Armor Check Penalty = How much a specific armor hampers the use of specific set of usually dexterity based skills.

Everything is working as intended. The extra dexterity will improve your reflex saves as it should. You just do not get the extra AC of it.
