Summon Ibrandulin to weak

Hi all if the kind folks down at QC can upgrade the Summon Ibrandulin to somethign more befitting a 6th level spell summon (7th if you extend)

At present it calls a level 12 Class Dragon

1-3dmg+4 (Crit 20/ x2)

No off hand
