Does Expose Weakness work with Parry?

And what about Expose Weakness AND One Weapon AND another Combat Feat (Sembian, Athkatlan, etc.) and Parry? Do all of them work simultaneously?

When expose weakness is active, no matter which other modes are active, if the attack hits the EW is applied. It is an on-hit effect
