Assassin and Blackguard Spellbook Qualifications

Outside of Arcane Archer, can these classes qualify for any other spellcasting required PRCs?

no, the other PRC's require classes with a 'real' spellbook.

Thanks for answering my questions. From a suggestions perspective id like if more qualified but Im sure its a lot of work before even considering balance.

Unfortunately, no. Probably a good thing too. As mixing a sneak/deathatt with crit immune.... nasty build.
