Guard kicked me out of Friendly Amn Inn for resting

The guard kicked me out after leaving for resting in the FAI in front of the merchant and said I was casting spells despite being a pure class Fighter as he took 500gp.

This has happened to me several times, mostly for (it seems) the contingent heal applied to clerics with the renewal domain.

To add to the reports, this happened to me before for being a Phantom and resting inside the FAI, I think as a result of the True Seeing ability that gets applied.

It started happening when I did a change to acquire the Renewal domain, which comes with a contingent healing effect that is re-applied on rest. Before I did that change, I had all the same feats but had a different domain.
