Mobs' Summons no longer grant XP for a kill?

Is this me, or something not showing on the Event Log any longer, or has it changed, that Summons by mobs no longer grant XP from a kill?

Enemy summons never granted XP when they were killed by a PC.

If you want xp, you kill the summoner not the summon.

For as long as i have played summons never gave xp
