I was thinking about making a spell-sneak-attack based Arcane Trickster, and was looking for a bit of clarification with regards to how possible that would be.
The wiki says
"RTA sneak attack
Sneak Attack damage now applies to ranged touch attack spells when cast from a spellbook."
By the sound of it, that would work if I made a prepared caster such as a wizard, but say, a sorcerer or a warlock would not be able to get spell sneak attack. Is that correct?

It will also work for a sorc/arcane trickster (same spells). But it does not work for warlocks.

Reserve feat abilities, powered from spell books, get included in the ability for sneak rolls?
