It's that time again! We are looking for a few new DMs!

Are you interested in expanding the story? Exploring the world and seeing the server from a totally different point of view? Living this epic rap song in real life?
Well you are in luck! Because we want you to join our table and lend us your creative skill!

Successful DMs in the past have had some or all of the following characteristics: patience, diplomacy, creativity, dedication to fairness and neutrality, and a willingness to work together with other DMs and with players alike.

You don't need to be a lore guru or a mechanics god to be a DM. You just need to be willing to learn the tools, to dedicate yourself to bringing fun to the players, and to agree to follow the DM Code of Conduct.

We will be accepting applications until December 1.

We are currently especially interested in finding a couple of North American DMs, as DM coverage in North American evening hours is presently a little shallow.

We have had a few applications come in, but would love a few more!

If you don't feel like you have a ton of plot ideas of your own, but still think you'd like to DM, another area the DM Team needs fresh blood and extra support is in responding to player requests.

These are ideas or requests from players that just need DMs to react to or enable or counter the player initiative, as the case may be. The DMs get a lot of these requests, and response time lags as a result of there being more work than workers. So if you think playing a responsive world would be more fun for you than coming up with traditional campaigns and events, this is a role you could also fill as a DM -- and probably be kept busy at full time.
