Several times now I've gotten the message, "You've been waylaid by enemies" and nothing happens. Perhaps the ambush spawns are broke?

I've noticed this too and forgot to report. Seen it happening multiple times, no ambushes.

They sometimes spawn not on the player but somewhere else in the map.

I run on that map often and think there must be some level limit on the spawn. when i am on a toon in the mid teens or less, i get the ambush. when i reach epics, i get the message but nobody shows. reported this ages ago. it's been going on for a while.
