Epic Weapon Spec for Divine Champion

Hi all,

I'm planning out a build, and expect to take Epic Weapon Specialization on level 28 or 30, which will be a Divine Champion level. Can anyone advise if I will be able to select Dwarven Waraxe? I seem to recall that this was a bug, most weapons were available to a Divine Champion and this one wasn't.

Have I made this up? Or has it been fixed? I can probably work around the issue, but would rather plan for it from level 1, rather than have to RCR from level 30...!
