Moon Blade Issues

[Ewe]

Hi, Moon Blade seems to have multiple issues:

1. I can no longer see my enemy's attack or damage rolls while I have one equipped. (nor can enemy players see their rolls against me)
2. If the enemy has a large hit box it seems I cannot hit them at all. No touch attacks are rolled.
3. I cannot bash locks. All my swings always miss and no touch attack is rolled versus the lock.
4. My offhand weapon seems to do nothing while I am dual wielding.

ASF portion seems to work, but I cannot confirm the exact number for accuracy.

*edit*
5. I had one attack per round and then buffed haste. Although I hit twice in a round, I only got a single touch attack per round.
