Price Spike in the High Tier Merchant in BG/UD

[deserk]

I noticed that prices on items (at least on the high tier mechant in BG/UD and possibly other merchants) have significantly increased since the last update, was this deliberate? And a character with a modest investment in Appraise (mod of 16) seems barely able to lower the price much at all, compared to a character with none.

I was checking it out in UD yesterday and still got max appraise discount and same prices as before.

It was deliberate, the vendor had 0 appraise contrary to its surface counterpart, now they're equal.
