Crashed and now timing out

I tried to log in and it found the server all right, but before it could complete the connection, I crashed and now it keeps timing out... anyone can help me sort it out?

it was doing it before reset and it's doing now again after reset

Have you tried resetting your router by unplugging it and plugging it back in after an hour or so?
