Just curious...when will the next 100% RCR be?
50% seems kinda brutal...how about a vote for 75% or even 100% once a month...like on the night of a full moon or something ;-p ?

It used to be a 0% refund, you know! You just had to start from scratch at level 1!But we don't really "plan" for specific 100% RCR periods, or aim to have them x amount of times per year. Almost always they result from large mechanical changes to the server.
The next one I foresee happening will be when we release a crafting system for player use. But we could have one earlier than that if we feel the situation warrants it. It just depends on our development cycles.

Note that it is 100% up to level 10. And then it scales down level by level until level 20, where it's 50%.
