As an elf (moon and drow), I can't access any of the head-piece models for the MP and BG categories, but as a tiefling I can. Is this the case for everybody? I thought that these racial restrictions had been solved by giving elven avatars the human dimensions, but perhaps I misunderstood?

any chance to clone it for dwarfs also ?

Not quite there yet...

Dwarves have a different skeleton mesh so it takes a bit longer. Yes, it can be done but it just requires time and sadly the creators of time only allow for 24 hours/day *shakes fist*... I am actually looking into the matter and developing a workflow for quick batch helmet and hair converting to DDM (dwarf) and OOM (orc) skels (armatures).
