I am currently trying out this int build and ended up with two picks.
1: 5 fighter 5 swash 10 AK/DW and 10 duelist
2: 7 swash 3 SD 10 DW 10 Duelist
Build summary
1: Both 56 AC /deadly defense.
2: Build 1 has 41 AB build 2 39 AB
3: Saves 24-30-19 build 1 has a bit more con, less reflex.
4: Damage is about 44 a hit 75 crits ((a bit low)
5: About 380 health
6 Build 2 has 1 free feat , which allows +2 will or able learner.
7 Expertise can be put off , allowing more ab to hit though it will also make you lose deadly defense damage.
I've tried to make it with WM but the saves are horrible, other hand you crit for about 120+ a hit.
At this point I don't have the gear or levels to pull this build off as it is a late bloomer.
Big difference between the two is that build 1 has a higher AB and better fort saves, while the second one expose weakness/evasion and hips.
I'm leaning towards build 2 though is 39 AB unbuffed enough for epics?

Re: Int duelist
39 unbuffed I feel is plenty enough. I have a GMW + heroism AB of 36 and do just fine. Having HiPS makes low saves irrelevant if you are fast enough. I'd go for HiPS!
