Metamagic and DC

Although I assume the issue was probably addressed with before , I thought of suggesting that metamagic feats will also raise up the dc of the spell to the effective level it is casted as (for example, a quickened grease cast as lvl 5 spell would be considered +5 dc due to being lvl 5). reason behind the suggestion is to give DC casters a more varied choice of their "most powerful spells" (and allowing casters that are focused on a school of magic that is less represented in the higher tier circle to use them as such) thus increasing the variety of spells used.

Would mention that im not sure if its possible mechanicly and I cant say I thought about all the implications
