That PRC has 3 feats as requirement: Dodge, Improved Initiative, Lightning Reflexes.
All of them are about maneuverability and reflexes - wouldn't it be fitting to have tumble as a class skill then?

If tumble makes sense for a class that it's class features focuses on shields and heavy armor optimization, it makes more sense for a class that has heavy prerequisites of dexterity based feats and their sole ability grants Dodge bonus to AC. Not saying breach gnome should necessarily get it but saying it doesn't make sense while ballerina knights exist, doesn't make sense.
