Has the RCR bot been informed about the 100% return on XP? Is it safe to start RCRing or can there be more frequent crashes and whatnot associated with the troubleshooting?

Until we hear from Maecius on the server's stability, I would hold off on RCRing even if the 100% refund is implemented at this point.
