Automatic Quicken Spell fix(es)

Can there be a fix for Automatic Quicken Epic Feats?

For example, to make it like PnP and have it be for Spells 0-3, 4-6, 7-9, instead of how it is now, which is 0-1, 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.? That means that currently, one can only get up to Level 3 spells Auto Quickened.

Or, and if the Feats actually DO exist already to get Auto Quicken in the manner of 0-1,1, 2, 3, etc. spell level progression, lower the Spellcraft requirement to 22. This way, one could theoretically get Auto Quickened up to Level 8, by using all Epic Feats on a Level 30 Wizard (as example).
