In my characters' travels, I notice all kinds of wacky stuff, so I'm just going to stick them here as I find them:
BG Temple of Tymora -
The NPC voice over audio for either patron Ron, or patron Don(I can't tell which) is stuck in a loop, and spams "Not on yer life!", over and over and over and over and oooovvvveeeerrr again. I'm pretty sure no-one uses this temple, but if they did... this audio loop would probably drive them nuts.
Pirates cave, Ulgoths Beard -
In the area in which the Captain Pirate/Bard/Archer encounter spawns, the walk-mesh is uneven. If a character is hidden when the mobs spawn, they will be blacked out, and often wont leave the bad walk-mesh unless said character races around the room like an idiot trying to find a spot on the walkmesh where the mobs will notice them.
Bandit Caves, Uldoons trail -
Same walk-mesh thing... I'm talking about the cave where Castorious and the other four bandits spawn. The walk-mesh in here has been really goofy since these bandits migrated to this cave, several years ago.
To be continued...

... more wonk.
Occasionally, upon login, my quick bars are totally blank, and 4 X 4(ish) grid of empty buttons appear on the lower right of my screen. Logging of and back on always fixes it, but still, wut iz dis?!?

Ooh, that issue with the Pirates cave is also present in the cloakwood mines, lowest floor!
Off to greener pastures

Re: Various wonkiness...
I’ve encountered the occasional mob gets stuck behind geometry in almost every map. There is one particular spot in the orc caves but for the life of me I cannot remember it anymore.
I actually ended up ‘falling through a hole’ on one of the ramparts out the Nashkel mines. Ended up under the floor and took a few minutes of wiggling around to get back out. Spent some time trying to reproduce it so I can flag it, but so far no luck.
I’ve also, after the last patch, occasionally logged in to blank hot buttons and a wonky UI. Relogging fixes this for me.

Re: Various wonkiness...
Since the recent update, I've noticed a few issues: First login after update, nearly every single NPC in the East Gate had a doppelganger... I think a DM had to clean them up. And, just now(I think it's been 1 reset since that login, we're at almost 5 hours in) I went into the gibberling caves and none of the regular gibbers are spawning, only the chief and his minions do via the trigger.
Also, on a minor note, there's a nice little bench that got added near the FAI outdoor bar(north wall, by the pool), but it needs to be raised a little, otherwise your character looks like they're hovering above it.
** Late query ** - Is there any way to fix the little framerate spikes/lag ticks caused by the use of the appearance changer? When one or more people are altering their outfits in a zone(I'm looking at you, players near FAI, and in the East Gate) it gets to be greatly annoying... (unless there's something in the game settings that can be changed to mitigate this?)

You don’t have to religion to fix the empty button issue. As soon as you zone into wherever you are going after taking to Mystra, or Shaundakul they will be fixed.

Re: Various wonkiness...
regarding the gibberlings - there was a dm event inside before... , or maybe they have fled (that's a scripted 'event' that can happen,if players stay a long time in one area.
As far as spawns go - i encountered the usual ones. (after the update)
