Crusader Level 30 Holy Sword Bugged

Just got level 30 and the holy sword SLA appears to be bugged. When I leveled up and got the new unlimited SLA, it was working fine - effect expired normally after the duration and subsequent castings reapplied. However, after first rest the SLA now works like this: when cast the first time after rest, it applies Holy Sword to my weapon forever without the need to reapply, and if I unequip and reequip any weapon, the SLA will not work no matter how many times I cast it on any weapon.

My personal testing has been limited since I have a bit of a wait between rests, but the few times I did test it, it was the same. Rest, first use of SLA works indefinitely, if I unequip my weapon I then have to wait for a rest before I can use the SLA again.

Will continue my own testing to reproduce and update this post as necessary.

EDIT 1: After logging back in later and testing further, strangely what now happens is after casting the SLA once it persists indefinitely on the 'character', meaning I can unequip and equip any weapon and the Holy Sword will persist on them until next rest. I'll do more personal testing and see what happens after a week but I don't think this is how it should work, even if it is advantageous.
