A crudely written letter on a strip of discarded leather nailed to the rock outside the Friendly Arm Inn reads

" To whom this letter may concern,

I, Dral Winterward, have money that I want to spend on nice things. Please contact me at the Friendly Arm Inn"

The letter, not giving much direction and open to interpretation, surprisingly did not split of crack the rock...
