Appearance: Mara'tril is stunningly beautiful. She is tallish for a Drow, slim and lithe. She wears a combination of plate and chain mail all made of mithril.

Personality Profile: Playful, only slightly sinister. She can get herself into trouble if she randomly gets an idea in her head to do something dangerous. When she does, she is resourceful in getting herself out of trouble, reveling in danger and the narrow escape. She loves the rush of using her warlock powers, and the personal dangers they pose make her enjoy them more.

Background

Arkenrret is a very small house in Sshamath. They pay lip service to Lloth but all of them worship Istishia, and do regular but infrequent rituals at subterranean lakes and water channels in secret to honor the Water Lord. They survive by their ties with the school of mages, and are tools for the archmages of the school of Invocation. Mara'tril was intended to become a wizard at that school, but when Mara'tril was old enough to drink, she became very lazy and got smashed at the Gloura's Wings often. She befriended one of the Glouras (an underdark fearie) that owned the festhall, and it was through this friendship that Mara'tril was introduced to a power

According to the terms of the pact, Mara'tril must find magic users and devour their magic, using the Devour Magic spell and funneling the power to her benefactor. She cannot funnel magic from her warlock spells, as this does not feed her benefactor. If she does not suck enough magic every day she will begin feeling sick as though diseased, and take constitution and intelligence damage every day if she does not succeed a will save (maybe need DM approval for this)
