Port more reserve feats from KCP

This thread is the result of a Discord discussion occurring shortly before the OP was written.

There's a number of reserve feats in Kaedrin's Class Pack that seem to be fairly in line with the ones already on the server, in terms of their overall power level. These could provide a few more interesting build options, less centered around the typical "do some damage" behaviour of most reserve feats.

Talking to Endelyon, I got the impression that these feats would be fairly acceptable:
  • Touch of Healing - Heal a single PC for 3HP per level of your strongest healing spell. (With 9th-circle spells, this seems comparable to a Hierophant's Cure Light Wounds, or a regular healer's Cure Serious Wounds.)
  • Minor Shapeshift - Grant yourself +2 melee damage, +5ft movespeed, or temporary HP equal to your HP, for a duration of 3 rounds per level of your strongest shapeshifting spell (Wildshape counts as a level 9 spell). Activating a new buff cancels the previous one.
  • Hurricane Breath - Knockdown one target from up to 30 feet away, with a DC of 1d20 + the level of your strongest air spell.
  • (Already implemented) Protective Ward - Ranger gains +1 Dodge AC, increased to +2 Dodge AC and +1 AB if not multiclassed. All bonuses double at Ranger 24.
There might be a few other KCP feats that could easily fit in, but I'm not very certain about any of them.

Oh, so we do. My mistake.

Editing the OP now.

I kinda like hurricane breath, though if it is a, reserve feat it might be a bit too powerful.

True, it's basically a ranged Knockdown once per round. On the other hand, you don't have Improved Knockdown (or any size modifiers, for that matter) and you have to sacrifice a pretty potent spell slot to get a consistently decent DC for the STR check. (A DC 29 check might be impossible to beat for any PC with less than 38 STR, but you might end up getting something like 9, which such a PC would automatically beat!)

That being said, it could probably be downgraded to have a base DC of 1d10 or 2d5, which would cap out at DC 19 with an Elemental Swarm.

I honestly hadn't even done a DC calculation 8-)
