Some notice boards around the Sword Coast display the following message in feminine, flawlessly elegant handwriting, revealing a well-educated author:

I, the great wizard Saska Pendragon, will buy rare high-value gems of different kinds; blue diamonds, rogue stones, beljurils and so on. Purveyors of the rarest high-quality gems will be justly compensated with gold, but waste my time with cheap rocks or fakes and I will turn you into a newt. If you have anything that fits the description, speak the words "have gems, will sell" into the message - yes, speak into the parchment itself - and I will contact you soon afterwards.
