My items lower my base AC on login

So, this is quite interesting to me.

I just RCRed, and brought all my items over to a new character, who's accepted said RCR xp.

Upon equipping all the items, my AC goes from a base of 11, to 35. Awesome.
When I log back in after any log-out, server shutdown, crash, etc., my AC shows 26-31.
If I remove all my armor and equipment, my AC shows -1 to 5.
If I log back in after all my armor and equipment is removed, my AC shows 11. Re-equipping all my items brings me back to 35.

Basically, I have to fully disrobe and take all items off when I log out, or I have to do multiple log-ins when I want to play again.

Anyone else have this issue, have a fix, or should I just seek out a whole new wardrobe? It's utterly annoying.

It's probably your boots with AC vs. something. These lower your AC on switching, logging, crashing. (Best advise is use other boots)
