Background: As a child, Sabyn was like most other human children. Curious, happy-go-lucky, temperamental, and most of the other traits that seem to accompany childhood in a typical, small-town upbringing. That is until the age of 9. Both of Sabyn's parents were present in the home until that time; at which point an event took place that opened an investigation from every local authority in the area and still, at the time of this report, remains unsatisfied. According to eyewitness reports, a sudden burst of cacophonous sound erupted from within the house destroying the windows and both doors to the home. A brilliant blue-white light emitted from the newly created openings in the home with an equally sudden burst of energy and as a result sent furniture and house furnishings careening into the streets destroying the wheel of a passing wagon, destroying it, and ultimately sending the horse, remains of the wagon and the driver all into the neighboring home of Kelnar and Nathisha Senterbrook, killing their 14 year old daughter, Vesper. Sabyn's mother (Yselle Vanprose) was seemingly unscathed but reported a "ripple" in the center of their bedroom just before the explosion took place. The father (Vekzal Jayce) has been missing since, and was reportedly (By Yselle) acting out of character, mumbling gibberish and talking about Devils incoherently. Three days after this event took place, Yselle was found in wheat field four-hundred meters outside the gates with scorch marks, and lacerations all across her body. Sabyn, at the time, found himself wandering the streets uncertain of where to go and fortuitously (Or not so fortuitously from our perspective) he managed to find himself involved with the Thieves Guild here in Waterdeep. Shortly after, at the age of 15 he left. We are not certain where he went, 'why' he went, or what he was doing but according to all of our sources it was an amiable 'seperation' and was not only given leave by the thieves guild leader but he was given extra resources. This suggests that he may be on mission, or may have motives connected to the underground here.
Since that time we have received random reports of Sabyn traversing the countryside staying for short duration at various places in Faerun. As of now, our contacts can confirm the following locations.
Amn, Dragonspear, Baldurs Gate, Scornubel, Neverwinter, Luskan, Tethyr and Cormyr.

These possible motivations and goals are just speculation as information regarding Sabyn at this time is limited. The evidence is sparse, if not almost non-existent, but what we have found leads us to believe that he has many other operations currently ongoing. Sabyn has a tendency to disappear and reappear when he feels the need to do so. He is also acutely aware that efforts are made to track his movements and yet we are still no closer than we were those many, many years ago. Documented progress should continue to be made whenever possible.
