Server Reset Deleted Items

I was transferring items between my mule and my alternate character when the server crash. I had successfully moved the items over but I did not save in time as the crash hit nearly as soon as I had move them over. I checked both characters and neither had the items on them.

I was hoping I could possibly have my mule rolled back to the previous save file. I don't have a lot of items as it was and I lost nearly half of what I had when I moved them over.

Elisa Vale is the mule, Mira Di'Sontas was the intended recipient.

I had 6 or so items, some including Bone Ring, Mage Shield Block Greater and a few other small pieces adding minor buffs here and there.

Not sure what to do.

from what i remember you can request roll backs and they should be able to help you out fine, you might want to pm the DMs/admins if no one has said anything in a while

but yea definitely dont try to move things around if you know its going to reset soon, lag crashes are obviously a tougher break

and always save as soon as you get everything on whoever its going to helps also

Unfortunately it was one of those random crashes. Server time was still about 6 hours in, wasn't expecting it to suddenly crash. Will send a message if I don't see anything else back here.
