Packhorse lost items

Hello there,

this was the fact. Yesterday i runned a few dungeons to gather some gold, i stored all my valuable loot in my packhorse, they were maybe 30/40 unidentified items and items worth enough to take them to BG to sell. So in the evening me and friend of mine headed to BG, we were in same party, i fetched the packhorse, took the saddlebag off the horse, and let my friend loot all the content to take it to Blunt for identification and sellilng. My friend had everything in his backpack and started heading to Blunt and there the server crashed or rebooted. At next login, while everything else was in place, every item looted from saddlebag was lost. I understand that i cannot request a refound for something lost in a packhorse (i really would appreciate that since it was a daylong work) but is it possible that looting that quantity of unsorted items caused the server crash?
