Swaying waist adds no AC when not wearing armour. It just buggs out. And if you take off all your clothes and get naked, it transfers the bonus AC of your clothes to your natural AC. So if you have, say +4 clothes, and take them off, Swaying Waist gives you +4 AC like your clothes had. (Tested this with only 4 levels of Drunk.)
But when your clothes are on (not armour, clothes.) it adds 0 AC.
Improvised weapons also appears to have a 4 hour cooldown after I use it lmao. But only sometimes, if you rest it fixes it.

Regarding the 4 hours cooldown, that's seems to be a common bug for useable feats on a cooldown. Right click your PC and use ''control henchman'' that should fix it.

Im just wearing +3 AC dodge boots, nothing else on them. Also it seems to be the armour AC.
If I take off my +4 robe, or put it on, I have the same AC regardless. So I assume sway wasnt working as when I took my first First of the Forest level the other day, the AC did go up (for the fist of the forest AC bonus.) but for sway it did not. I will do the math on it later to see if it is truly giving it, because it does i nthe combat log say its active, but its extremely odd that I get the same bonus with or without my +4 robes.
