I don’t know what happened, but today (30.04.2020) I leveling my build(My main playble character Nick-Name Sugo, account Test) all day, and this day there was not a single restart, or even crash of the server, but I lost all my experience accumulated over the day (After finish leveling, i just rejoined to the game, with this same my main playable character Sugo , in the tavern Gloura`s Wing in Underdark, when I sold things and used BG Item`s Storage Beta), and this without quests more than 7,000+ experience points (From 93,000 to 100,000 experience, specially planned today 30.04.2020 bring the experience up to 100,000 and finish play on today, exactly to continue on the next free days) in the Underdark (Where are hard, and slowly leveling, but i like it, and like when hard, also i like Underdark, and Race Drow, but anyway, i not like bugserrors, and lost time for do again same, it`s not good...), and a couple of good, seems like me(Beginner), seemed to have very good things, for example, Heavy Armor(Full Plate) +8 AC Damage Reduction 3 \ - (I dreamed about this armor for a long time, and once, in old times, I got had this armor also, and too lost it(But, by crashes servers, and rollbacks), and now the same thing happened, last since I lost it due to a server crash and rollback, now because of an incomprehensible rollback even without a server crash ...), and also lost the Heavy Armor(Full Plate) +8 AC and 10% Fire Resist(Or so, I can refine it's later ... When you read the whole text to the end you will understand how ...) is also not a bad thing ... (+ I lost a few more things, but they were less important nymi compared with these things) I even have video-evidence of it, but me need to know who to send it all, I recorded today my adventures on video, and was very upset at the close. I’m just a modest person, and a solo-player(I also, so far, have been slowly and slowly getting to know your Sevrer, thats more interesting for me, and more habitualy...), and I would not want to draw much attention to myself and my personality, Well, at least for now ...
Therefore, the question is, who would I trust in the Baldur`s Gate Server Administration(DM) and send in a personal message my video recording with all the facts and video confirmations of the problems ... (True, until the video is fully processed, it will take a few hours, maybe half a day, video will be accessible only in parts, that is, not all at once, but only partially ...)
I don’t even hope for the return of all that was lost due to an incomprehensible bug, error, or rollback (But, not by rollback the server, but because of not understood), but even if something came back, it would be very good, because I have, as by adult human, there is not always free time for video games ...

Hello Sugo, I'm sorry to read about your unfortunate experience and the frustration you're experiencing.

Your best course of action will be to send a private message to the DM team, along with any screenshots you have of the item, your inventory, and/or a link to the video you mentioned. Generally, the team does not compensate the loss of items or xp from crashes or resets, but you can discuss your situation and make an appeal by messaging them directly.

Sorry, but i can not understand how send my message for DM team?

Can you name the Chief Administrator, or DM whom can I address with a similar problem, and who can help at least in something, at least figure it out?

To send a private message to the DM team, you can follow these steps:

1. Click "Private Messages" near the top right of the page. It's under the button for new posts. It will take you to your inbox on a new page.
2. Click "New PM", it's a button under the heading that says "View messages: Inbox". This will take you to a new page, where you'll compose your message.
3. You need to add the DM team 'group' as your recipient. There's a small white box with different groups listed on the right hand side. Select "DM Team" by clicking on it, and then click the "add" button. If successful, the name/group will show up below the add button, and be listed as a recipient.
4. Fill in the subject line, and write your message.
5. Click "Submit".

If you have trouble with step three, the link in the previous post has some pictures that might make things easier to follow.

I forgot to add, I rejoined\reconected\reenter of this server BG today (Per full day) only once, at the very end of the game ...

In general, it feels like I didn’t play at all today, although I spent all day on the game, and didn’t get what things, although I actually received, and a lot, in general, you can see all this on video that I sent in private message ...(It’s without video montage, I’m never doing it, honest, adult person, if you look, you’ll understand everything yourself, because it’s not just a video, but something more... This is what I have been doing all my life ...)
