Mausoleum: No way forwards/backwards

Hello,

The mausoeum map reverted back to the way it was when I started playing about a month ago. There is no way backwards/forwards, so one gets permanently stuck. Below is a screenshot with map, to help:

Point A used to have an exit to the graveyard. Point B used to have an exit to let you go backwards into the mechanical angels area (sorry, don't remember name of maps).

So is this a confirmed issue? Trying to understand if we should the avoid Mausoleum until fixed or if it's safe to enter without getting stuck.

Ws into the mausoleum's 2nd floor today - all good so far. (A reset interrupted me going further)

it was discussed before. The transition out does only show up when you come close to it. Like, really close.
