The posting of a clearly insane male in several public areas had the attention of Matron Vlon'riia Maerinval. The post, allegedly from the notoriously secret society of the Jaezred Chaulssin, had all the subtlety of a stampeding Rothe.
She doubted it was from the society at all, yet somehow, another responded publicly:
The heretic, prostrate before the two priestesses, begged for his life.
"Lolth tlu malla! Lolth tlu malla! Lolth tlu malla!" He cries it over and over, his voice growing hoarse from screaming her praise and the immensse amount of sobbing.
Four drow appear at the Temple of the Spider Queen in Sshamath to seek Lolth's test. While there, the Matron of House Maerinval, Vlon'riia, offers her house's assistance to the temple in service to the Dark Mother.
The group later departs to Varalla's Passage and returns with a stolen idol later in the cycle.
A small heavily armored Drow War Party consisting of a Warrior, two Yathrin, and a Faern is seen exiting the Illithid Hive to find sport in the immediate vicinity.
Many Duergar and Illithid corpses were found in the area later that cycle until the Carrion Crawlers and other creatures of the Underdark claimed the dead as food.
Three members of House Maerinval -- two Yathrin and a faern -- visited the Temple of the Spider Queen in Sshamath. While there, they spoke with the blue-eyed, blonde haired House Sshamath weapon master.
After a short discussion, Vlon'riia Maerinval led a service in praise of Lolth. A fourth drow joined in praise, offering his blood to satiate Her. The weapon master was not present.
The group gathered at the Spider's Kiss and then marched forth. Flanked by priestessess of the Dark Mother, they left Sshamath to seek a temple, one not bent by ruin.
An old Jaluk Faern, by the name, Zezmervyr, delivers a scroll to the clerk's at The Auger Court. The Seal on the Scroll bares the symbol of a spider with the carapace of a skull- House Maerinval.
He then reports to the Priestess of the Temple of Lolth and openly discusses the petition now initiated to revive the Temple of Lolth.
Matron Vlon'riia Maerinval paces the length of the Temple of Lolth in a meticulous manner and then makes notations on a piece of parchment. She does this several times, all along different lengths of the structure while examining it with a thoughtful look.
