The WF of Barbarians has a penalty to AC if the user is wearing a shield, I noticed that this penalty remains even after the Rage has ended, but it gets fixed by re-equipping the shield.
Does this kind of thing can be fixed?

I am pretty sure they nerfed WWF by weakening it if you have a shield. That it sticks around after rage is over is not intended.

This is a fairly common issue and often is not correctable mechanically. As I understand it you can script a check for when an ability is activated, but not for when the duration expires. If it is as simple as unequip/reequip I would suggest it is best to just plan on doing that (sorry). That said i will reach out to see if I can get confirmation one way or the other and update Wiki accordingly as needed. Just don't get your hopes up that this is something the dev team can fix.

No, sorry, you'll have to reequip the shield.

The engine already makes this check, otherwise the penalties from Fatigue after Raging would not be able to apply. That check is further influenced by the Tireless Rage feat, which cancels the Fatigue.
The same logic holds true for the Dervish Dance, which is a custom feat for the custom class Dervish from Kaedrin.
Given that it it's possible to duplicate the logic of Rage, including the resulting Fatigue, in custom content, it should be possible to hook into the Duration Expiration script.
Maybe take a look at the implementation of Dervish Dance to figure out a solution?

The problem is different. The penalty is applied either when the rage is triggered and there's a shield equipped or when the shield is being equipped. The first scenario is similar to what you described and the same solution can be applied but not the second.

In hindsight it's possible and done, just a tad differently.
