Feytouched, Fey Power, and Eldritch Blasts

It's probably best if I break this up into several questions:

• Can Fey Power put your effective HD above 30 for the purposes of calculating Eldritch Blast dice?
• Does Wild Embrace temporarily increase your effective HD for the purposes of Eldritch Blast? If so, can it also go above 30?
• If the above are all true, does this mean a CL30 Feytouched with Fey Power could enable Wild Embrace to give themselves an extra 2 blast dice?
• If Fey Power cannot increase your effective HD above 30, can it at least increase the effects of Practiced Invoker by 1 HD, allowing a net total of 5 non-caster levels?

I'm trying to decide between 4 or 5 Shadowdancer levels on my Feytouched warlock, since she won't lose anything at SD4 that she wouldn't lose with SD3... and depending on the answers given, she might not lose anything at SD5, either.

(Being a full Feytouched, she loses 5 Energy Resistance for taking SD1, 1 DR/cold iron - out of the 8 or so she would otherwise be eligible for - for taking SD2, and Fiendish Resilience 5 for SD3... which she already lost by taking Feytouched. The two epic blast dice she loses are covered by Practiced Invoker, sooo... four levels are absolutely safe.)

Edit: I'm suddenly thinking how a Feytouched Daggerspell Warlock might be an interesting blaster build if Wild Embrace and Fey Power could be combined the way I hypothesized...

The class does not increase your blast-dice beyond what a normal warlock 30 would get. (14d6)
It only increases the DC of the blast.
SD4 looses nothing.
Fey Power will increase your HD by 1 for determining Eldritch Blast Progression, so with that and SD5 you should not loose a blast dice, but a CL.

I wonder what that class brings at all to a warlock ?

For 10 levels you loose: Fiendish Resilience, Damage Reduction 2, Energy Resistance , 3 Bonus Feats
and
gain some randomness (skill) and a 3 DC increase (with a chance to stand helpless for 2 rounds), 1AC, a bit damage (+Charisma modifier ) , Feystep, Witchsight.

With just one blast per round - a chance to loose 2 rounds is just awful.

I'm asking about a casting mode. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt here and assume it was just incorrect terminology, but...

It only increases the DC of the blast.

Actually, it increases caster level. Whether this has any bearing (except possibly +1 epic DC) on blast essences is unclear.

Which doesn't affect epic DCs (because I still end up with 29, which is precisely +3 DC), barely affects invocation duration (which doesn't matter much because warlock), and dispellability (which also doesn't matter too much, because warlock).

However, this does not answer my primary question about Fey Power.

Fiendish Resilience, 2 DR/cold iron, 5 Energy Resistance (out of a possible 15), and 3 epic bonus feats, which would most likely go into blast dice. If Wild Embrace and Fey Power can net you two extra blast dice, the cost is reduced to Fiendish Resilience, DR, Energy Resistance, and 1 epic bonus feat... in exchange for random skill boosts, Feystep, +3CL, damage possibly equivalent to an extra blast die (if you have +6 CHA or higher), and free Witchsight.

Admittedly, the risks of Wild Embrace are... non-trivial. But for a blasting or buffing warlock, they may still be enticing. (Somewhat less so for a tanking warlock, because you do lose a good bit of endurance...) Furthermore, there's a nice bit of flavor to be had with that PrC.

• No it doesn't.
• No Wild Embrace only works on your CL, not eldritch blast progression.
• Nope.
• Yeah that should work for blast progression.
