Transferring haks problem

I have a new computer and have reinstalled NWN2 but where I am at the moment I have limited and slowish internet.

So I have tried copying the haks from my old computer to the new one but when I log in NWN2 is now redownloading the haks even tho they are already sitting in the haks folder in the right place

Is this a known thing? Any tips?

There shouldn't be an issue with doing this. Double check to make sure the directory is correct and you're putting them in the documents folder and not the install folder.

I may be a bit confused as I'm on a windows machine rather than Mac
