Sad to see you leave without sinking BG, but alas, not all can be done.
Farewell and may we meet ingame!

Hey LazyTrain,

I had meant to write this the day you posted but never too late. It's always a breath of fresh air when I see a post like this. It's odd that posts like this only get three or so comments while posts revolving around complaints get 100 or so pages of back and forth banter. But hey, that's just forums for you.

I'll speak for the community then - whether they like it or not. THANK YOU in return LazyTrain for dedicating all the hours that led to days and months of hard work. Time that you did not get paid for. Time that, even when you weren't feeling it, still gave in return to the players and longevity to this server. As a Developer, you usually don't get flooded with "Thanks for the cool event! Your awesome..." threads. Your the behind-the-scenes guy that instead gets the "Hey Dev's, I think you should, no, wait, I want you to fix this.." or "Hey, here's what I'd like to see (goes on to explain what they'd like you to do with your time)...". The reason I say this is because, even through all that, you still remained and we are thankful in return. From Media Team, your feedback was pivotal and always welcome. Most players will never know how many headaches and times you stood up to the a.m hours of the morning fixing bugs and map glitches, but I do... and the other developers. We'll miss you buddy. Enjoy retirement.

LT has always been great. Anytime I needed something looked at or fixed he was always prompt to look at it and if he couldn't be he made sure to tell me where else to send my request. He also added so many things in such a short period, it really showed how motivated he was!

Because of him, some projects that had fallen through the cracks (like the new gardens in the palace district, among other things) managed to finally get realized ingame after many months of limbo after the appropriate RP was completed. I will miss having him around and wish everyone was cranking out stuff as much as he had!

See you around bud.

Thanks LT. I enjoyed our interactions and appreciated your view points even though we didn't always necessarily agree (perhaps because of that). It's quite nice (and somewhat rare) that folks can disagree yet maintain civility and mutual respect, cheers bud and happy trails!

LT, you're a saint with all that patience (and don't even deny it! We spent a few weeks working out Selmiyeritar's guild hall). We've met only a few times in-game, but I've laughed each time and maybe, just maybe, that means there will be more times in-game?

Thank you for your hard work and all that you've pumped out during your time in staff, and thank you to the staff for bringing LT reason to give you all this kind of kudos!

Thanks for all your efforts on behalf of this community, LT. You're a true artist in so many senses of the word, and we were lucky to have your talents on loan for the time that you lent them.

I'm glad to hear that you plan on sticking around to enjoy all the content you worked so hard to bring to life for everyone else.

May you find success in all that you do!

With your talent and skill, it won't be hard.
