Did Anyone Purchase a Large Shield with 1d4 Fire from Auction?

Hello!

Magnus put three items for sale on Kemo's Auction early in the week. One of the items was a Large Shield of Fiery... for 175 bags ((+1 AC (Shield), Damage Bonus: 1d4 Fire, Enhancement Bonus: +1 Tumble(?)). Today I logged in and recovered the other two items (the auction was over) and no shield or coin. The shield is no longer on the auction.

Did anyone purchase the shield? ((If so, great!)) or... did I lose another piece of kit.

Sorry for the shameless bump. I am fairly new to the server and I posted the rapier +3 shield AC two days ago on the AH. Now it is gone and I am 95% sure I did not receive any gold.

There is a warning to make a screenshot, but still I am wondering how often that happens.
Is this a common thing that items disappear?

It's never happened to me so I'd say it's probably uncommon. I'm not sure if this makes a difference or not, might just be my baseless superstition but I always hit save character after auctioning or storing/taking items. I'm sure that has no relation to the auction house whatsoever though

Be sure to use the same capitalization scheme on your login.

If an item is listed as MrSmith, it can't be retrieved by Mrsmith, for example.

I had something similar happen with Menolly and her elixirs this past week. It showed I had zero items for sale but didn't give me the unsold potions back or any coin for sold ones. I then closed it and went to place three new group of elixirs for sale and once I hit sell, it suddenly gave me the coin and one set of potions back to me.

Happened to me, too, recently.
Lost a pair of bracers with FS bonus spell and other goodies that way.

Not the first time that I lose items through the auction.
Everytime I plan to never again set anything up for auction at Mudds - but I never stick to that plan.
(Forums are note a real alternative anymore, sadly.)
